Yes, I cut it out of a DVD cover. The ammo pouches are cable strappers.
You just have to look around, there's so much you can use for customizing...

That was the most difficult part. The other things were mainly cutting and paintjob.

The gasmask/helmet consist of a Skater helmet, Hoth Rebel glasses (changeable, view flickr) and a Rock Raiders pilot helmet. The Skater helmet was cut out on strategic points, then the mask part of the RR-helmet was glued onto it.
And then came the painting...
