I did not make up the name. In Star Wars, there is a real place called Dexter's Diner which Dexter Jettster runs. In Episode II, Obi-Wan Kenobi goes to the Diner and finds out by talking to Dexter what the weapon that Jango Fett used to kill Zam Wesell was. It was a Kaminoan saberdart.
